US Army Operational Test Command (OTC)

Ravenswood was awarded the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) Multi-Service Operational Test and Evaluation (MOT&E) contract to provide a capabilities and resource package. This included:

• Test support management
• Delivery, setup, and operation of the FlexTrain instrumentation system 
• 500 FREDI-2 player units (Pus)
• Collection of time-space-position information (TSPI)
• Real-time casualty assessment (RTCA) on all players and subjects under test (SUT). 

In addition, Ravenwood provided a real-time 3D terrain environment of Twentynine Palms on a common operational picture (COP) and two tactical analysis centers (TAC) at the U.S. Army Operational Test Command (OTC) Test Operations Center (TOC) at Camp Wilson, CA.
