Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA)

As a subcontractor to Dignitas, Ravenswood assisted DARPA by synchronizing testing resources to meet the customer's objectives. This included providing ground truth data for all participants (personnel, vehicles, terrain, etc.) in real time for exercise control, recording that ground truth data for post-exercise analysis, co-developing testing scenarios, providing and managing role players, synchronizing resources, and organizing contractors. 

• Screened and approved 150 qualified and cost-effective role players to act as hostiles and non-hostiles, and to react to system-initiated examples of elicitations to aid in distinguishing threats within the scenario as well as Subject Matter Experts in Threat Identification and Threat Management.  
• Provided Scenario writers to develop daily/hourly scenarios. 
• Provided White Cell support including Controller Observers, Safety, Logistics, COVID Testing, communications, building and facility management.  
• Conducted personnel surveys to determine Role player interface with the URSA systems and Observations made by the observers.  
• Provided real time tracking and video recording of Role players and experimental equipment interface and actions.  
• Provided all survey responses, video and tracking information after each event.
