Management Team

Marc Gimbel is the General Manager for Ravenswood’s UK-based subsidiary, Ravenswood Technologies UK Ltd (RTUK). He has 23+ years of experience working in system development, field operations, and program management.  Marc also leads Ravenswood's Products & Services team. He is responsible for building project teams that execute new and existing initiatives. He also provides oversight of the internal research & development program while collaborating with marketing and business development to grow marketspace and develop new capabilities.

     He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in systems engineering from Harvey Mudd College. 

Tony Hawkins leads a talented team of engineers to provide clients with leading-edge solutions tailored to their specific needs. He specializes in both system design and deployment and has fielded instrumented training systems for more than 20 years.  He is responsible for all aspects of Ravenswood’s product portfolio starting with the design, production, engineering and ultimate product release of all Ravenswood products.  Tony leads the implementation of product development policies and objectives and management of organizational resources and forecasts. 

     Tony holds a BS in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College and a BA in Economics from Claremont McKenna College. 

Patrick Young plays a key role in to helping to achieve Ravenswood's business and social goals, as well as increase the company’s overall value by leading and guiding the development of an efficient, versatile, and progressive business operations. As Ravenswood's Empowered Official, he is responsible for ensuring operations are in compliance with all applicable regulations regarding asset management, facilities, health & safety, international trade compliance, quality, and security. 

     Patrick began as an intern with SRI in 2004 and transitioned to a Systems Engineer in 2005 after graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Throughout his years, Patrick has served in a number of different roles to include Sustainment Manager and I&C Chief for the XCTC Program, Engineering Manager, and Director of Business Operations. 

David Cullen oversees Team Ravenswood’s delivery of the British Army’s TESIK project and company interests in Africa, whilst remaining engaged in our wider Global initiatives, not least the British Army’s Collective Training Service and its desire to appoint a Strategic Training Partner.

     A veteran of 35 years, David was previously the British Army’s Assistant Chief (their Chief Operating Officer), its principal representative in the MOD, Whitehall, the Capital and Internationally. In his military career, he participated in policy formulation and crisis management, at the highest political levels, and exercised combat command throughout the Balkans, Iraq and Afghanistan. His strong international credentials and extensive network help develop Ravenswood strategies and support new partnerships globally.

     Beyond Ravenswood, he retains his positions as Chairman of a large Veterans’ Charity in the UK, and that of Tor Group, an international shipbuilder headquartered in the UK.

Haydn Hislop, a certified public accountant, oversees all areas of Ravenswood’s accounting, budgeting, and proposal pricing while also contributing to strategic planning, operational skills, and business support and acquisitions. As Ravenswood's Authorized Negotiator, Haydn also oversees Ravenswood Contracts management and Procurement process.

     He has over 20 years of experience working with senior leadership in reviewing internal systems, financial reporting, profit improvement and cash flow management. Haydn received his BS in Accounting from Howard University and has extensive experience working as a CFO to small businesses in the Government contract space.

As the Director of Human Resources, Tonya Link is responsible for the growth, care, and development of Ravenswood Employees. She began her HR career at a Food and Beverage start up in Silicon Valley and then joined Ravenswood in 2016 where Tonya has been a major contributor to the foundation of the Human Resources group while helping to shape corporate strategy and workplace culture. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Health Science from San Jose State University. 

Naomi Atlas has a leadership role overseeing all aspects of the capture process from opportunity qualification through proposal submission as well as monitoring for government funding trends. Prior to joining Ravenswood, Naomi began at SRI as a student assistant then spent 27 years at SRI advancing and building the skills she brought to Ravenswood in 2015. She works closely to support Executive Management and Capture Managers, helping gather resources needed to maintain and seek out new partnerships while ensuring the team stays coordinated on all fronts. In addition, Naomi takes the lead for Ravenswood’s Marketing and Communications efforts while also serving as Quality Manager. 

Bill Cox focuses on the planning, developing, and execution of training exercise criteria and scope related to the delivery of services that support Ravenswood products. Bill also serves as a Program Manager and is the active lead in demonstrating Ravenswood technology to various customers.  After being hired to SRI in support of the XCTC program in 2012, he served as an Instrumentation & Communications Chief and After-Action Review Production Team Leader. 

    Prior to joining SRI, Bill served in the US Marine Corps for 21 years. Tours of duty span across the world from the US, Japan, throughout Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa.  Bill Cox is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), has an MBA in Project Management, a BA in Aviation Management, and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

Rob DeGaine plays a pivotal role in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with government clients and industry partners, aligning business opportunities with Ravenswood’s core capabilities. Rob's advanced training and education in international business, export compliance, and logistics position him to lead complex global projects and help drive business growth initiatives for Ravenswood.

     Rob holds a PMP and PMI-ACP certifications alongside an active TS/SCI clearance. With over 15 years of experience, Rob brings a rich background as a trained Acquisitions Officer, specializing as a Program Manager, Contracting Officer, and Test and Evaluation Officer.
