Management Team

Marc Gimbel has 23+ years of experience working in system development, field operations, and program management. As CRO, Marc owns sales/marketing and project/program management across all customer tracks, serving as the ultimate authority for requirements compliance during proposal and contract phases. Marc is responsible for shaping the roadmap for Ravenswood revenue growth through expansion of existing programs and capture of new revenue sources with business development, marketing, workforce enhancement, strategic partnerships, and application of products, services, and IP to customer problems. Marc also leads the effort to establish in-house manufacturing operations and expand supply chain partnerships.

     He graduated with BS in Systems Engineering from Harvey Mudd College. 

Tony Hawkins specializes in both system design and deployment and has fielded instrumented training systems for 20+ years. As CPO, Tony owns the product vision across all Ravenswood customer tracks, serving as the ultimate authority for mapping product development to customer requirements. Tony is responsible for maintaining alignment of existing products to current customers and for adapting our products to the needs of new/adjacent markets. Tony oversees all engineering and task leadership support to project/program management. Tony also supports marketing, business development, and external investment efforts to help fund product development. 

     Tony holds a BS in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College and a BA in Economics from Claremont McKenna College. 

Patrick Young plays a key role in to helping to achieve Ravenswood's business and social goals, as well as increase the company’s overall value by leading and guiding the development of an efficient, versatile, and progressive business operations. As Ravenswood's Empowered Official, he is responsible for ensuring operations are in compliance with all applicable regulations regarding asset management, facilities, health & safety, international trade compliance, quality, and security. 

     Patrick began as an intern with SRI in 2004 and transitioned to a Systems Engineer in 2005 after graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Throughout his years, Patrick has served in a number of different roles to include Sustainment Manager and I&C Chief for the XCTC Program, Engineering Manager, and Director of Business Operations. 

David Cullen oversees Team Ravenswood’s delivery of the British Army’s TESIK project and company interests in Africa, whilst remaining engaged in our wider Global initiatives, not least the British Army’s Collective Training Service and its desire to appoint a Strategic Training Partner.

     A veteran of 35 years, David was previously the British Army’s Assistant Chief (their Chief Operating Officer), its principal representative in the MOD, Whitehall, the Capital and Internationally. In his military career, he participated in policy formulation and crisis management, at the highest political levels, and exercised combat command throughout the Balkans, Iraq and Afghanistan. His strong international credentials and extensive network help develop Ravenswood strategies and support new partnerships globally.

     Beyond Ravenswood, he retains his positions as Chairman of a large Veterans’ Charity in the UK, and that of Tor Group, an international shipbuilder headquartered in the UK.

As the Director of Human Resources, Tonya Link is responsible for the growth, care, and development of Ravenswood Employees. She began her HR career at a Food and Beverage start up in Silicon Valley and then joined Ravenswood in 2016 where Tonya has been a major contributor to the foundation of the Human Resources group while helping to shape corporate strategy and workplace culture. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Health Science from San Jose State University. 

Naomi Atlas plays a central role in Ravenswood's growth and success, leading efforts across capture strategy, marketing, communications, and quality management. She oversees the full capture process, from identifying and qualifying opportunities to coordinating proposal development and submission, helping ensure Ravenswood is well-positioned to meet customer needs and pursue new opportunities.

     In addition to her business development responsibilities, Naomi leads Ravenswood's marketing and communications initiatives and serves as the company's Quality Manager, ensuring excellence across both brand engagement and operational performance.

     Before joining Ravenswood in 2015, Naomi spent 27 years at SRI, where she advanced from student assistant to multiple leadership roles, building the expertise and collaborative leadership style that continue to support Ravenswood's success today.

Bill Cox focuses on the planning, developing, and execution of training exercise criteria and scope related to the delivery of services that support Ravenswood products. Bill also serves as a Program Manager and is the active lead in demonstrating Ravenswood technology to various customers.  After being hired to SRI in support of the XCTC program in 2012, he served as an Instrumentation & Communications Chief and After-Action Review Production Team Leader. 

    Prior to joining SRI, Bill served in the US Marine Corps for 21 years. Tours of duty span across the world from the US, Japan, throughout Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa.  Bill Cox is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), has an MBA in Project Management, a BA in Aviation Management, and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
